Les from Always Towing and Transport was absolutley amazing, he transported an old caravan for me from Melbourne to Bendigo. He communicated very well, gave me updates and eta and is fully insured. He looked after the old caravan like it was his own and delivered it on time. I cannot say enough good things about Les and this company.
If you want to avoid all the scammers asking you to pay up front and using expired business ABN's. then simply just use Always Towing and Transport as it is 100% Legit and will deliver for a very competative rate and without any stress.
I will definatley be spreading the work and using Always Towing again!

While I hope I never need to have my car moved to the other side of the city again, I now know who to call if I ever do. Happy to recommend, and to use their services again if the need arises.
I don't know if it's common among towing operators, but when the car was picked up one of the first things he asked about on arrival was using the screw-in tow point to winch the vehicle onto the truck. The earlier emergency tow home from another provider hadn't, which I didn't notice at the time because that was the first time I've had this vehicle towed, so it stood out as a little extra attention to detail and care for the vehicle.

Les was really great to work with. The loading, transport and unloading was great. He was delayed as the car had been moved further into the factory. The battery was flat so he helped push the car out and then took the extra time to jump start it. He lots of care and I would definitely hire his transportation services again. Thanks Les
