Mark from Just Move was spot on with the communications and information. He kept me updated on the status right from booking to pick up. Steve, the guy who collected my car kept in touch via phone throughout the morning of the action until he collected the car. The delivery was supposed to be in 4 business days. Instead, it was delivered in just over 48 hours, and then too on a Saturday. Absolutely amazing service and fantastic pricing too. Would use again without a second thought and totally recommended.

We chose JUST carriers to move our two vehicles interstate. With the first vehicle, they were professional, quick and everything was seamless. We scheduled the second car in and then it got in a slight accident, so I called to cancel the transfer we booked in which was in the next few days. They promptly refunded the money we paid without an issue. I highly recommend JUST carriers if you are looking to move a vehicle.

What a great end to end secure service. Setting up, Marc laid out options and regulations in an informative way so there were no surprises or misunderstandings. The car arrived (in Melbourne) from Hervey Bay in the morning of the day agreed a week prior. His driver (Steve this time) communicated well on approach and very efficiently and safely unloaded the vehicle. Based on my experience, don’t go past JUST carriers - Great Service at a very reasonable price.

My car arrived in Rosebud, Victoria from Hervey Bay, Queensland, in two days. We were expecting at least five days for the car to arrive. The car arrived in perfect condition. Transported vehicle from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast during peak of Covid 19 'all good'! I only marked Communication with 3 stars to make other potential clients aware that Just Carriers work on the old system of doing what they said they would! They gave me a short range of days for pickup which happened bang on the start of the earliest day. I did not ask for a delivery day and they made no suggestion which was no problem for me. There are no minute by minute updates they Just get the job done and within my expected time frame. The value for money price reflects not having additional staff providing superfluous information.

Vehicle to be collected Thursday not collected till Friday from Melbourne, delivery supposed to be Monday on the Gold Coast took day off from work but told late morning delivery now Wednesday, Tuesday at work got the message around 0845 to go home as vehicle arriving at around 0900 - 0930. Transport price fair but please be a bit more accurate with pickup / arrival times.
