The actual collection of our cars was quite confusing- partly due to the fact East St was closed and being unfamiliar with the area it was quite stressful and then quite a long wait for our cars to come! ( a seat would have helped) the phone cords to work the car GPS had been removed. I know we were warned but they were taken from both cars!! It’s sad that peop Feel it’s their right to remove things from people’s cars! The cord was required to use the GPS to get home - extremely annoying. On a positive note our cars arrived safely and exactly as we handed them over minus a few items

Just about everything about the transport of my vehicle was great. Communication was great, delivery was on time and hassle free. The staff were great to deal with and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately at some point whilst being loaded the from fender must have been scraped on the ground as there are fresh scrape marks across it. Its not a huge deal as its out of sight, but its a little disappointing given its my new toy. I didn't raise it with the staff as I didn't notice it until I got home. I live in Dunsborough which is a 3 hour drive away so I just put it in the too hard basket.

The communication regarding our car was terrible. We were not told when our car was being picked up. Our car was then provided to us without it being approved by quarantine and had to be stuffed around with getting it washed. We were then charged an astronomical amount to get the car washed. There was also many different mixed messages with addresses and times throughout the entire process. And when trying to pick the car up once again the communication was not good and all of the information was not supplied. Very disappointed with this company and its lack of communication.

Hi Natalie, First we'd like to apologize for the issues experienced in relation to communication. The biggest problem which stuffed up the process was that Department of Primary Industries failed to notify us that this vehicle failed inspection. Up until that point i imagine everything was going fairly smoothly? It wasn't until we received a cleaning direction for a different vehicle that we saw that this vehicle had also failed. This created a cascading effect of poor outcomes and decisions made on the fly to try and get this vehicle back, cleaned and ready for pickup. Unfortunately we have no control over the cleaning costs, these services are offered by private businesses in Perth, who all charge similar minimum amounts for cleaning vehicles. In hindsight if the vehicle had been properly cleaned none of these issues would of occurred. Daniel

Everything was good, huh caps were taken off and not put back on again. When we picked up the car a toolbox was missing that we put behind the seat and other minor things. I don’t know if it was stolen or what happened to it?!

Hi Lucas, Per the terms and conditions of the quote inner cargo is sent at your own risk and responsibility. It sounds from what you describe that the toolbox was secured in the rear seat which is against our recommendations for packing of inner cargo which should be limited to the boot space only.
