Jenny was very proactive in winning the job and provided clear communication on the difficulty we were experiencing in transferring a service vehicle from NSW across the closed border into QLD.
The larger carriers required dropping off at depot and picking up from one as well.
Jenny drove to the site and collected it from the customer carpark where it was stuck and delivered it to the new customer ready for the engineer to collect and start the job.
